  I ordered my daughters birthday cake from this location. The staff wasn't sure if they could make what I wanted, so they game me the owners cell. He happily answered all my questions and took my order from his house!!! The cake itself was delicious too!!! None leftover! Thank you!!!

  Abysmal service from this location. Unsure if the owner changed since prior reviews were good. I placed an online order for a birthday cake. The chain was unable to confirm with the store if they could accept the order (honestly had not seen this issue since the early 2000s). I called the store numerous times the next day. Finally reached a poor store employee, was put on hold, and then eventually disconnected. I have now asked for the order to be cancelled (can only do by email back to coldstone, no support number). We'll see if I am charged!
  
  I did contact the Kennesaw store by phone and they picked up immediately. Outside of the outdated web store (unbelievable at this point), the other stores may operate just fine. I recommend calling directly or going in person to place orders, but to avoid the particular Marietta location. Too many superior retailers and store owners to tolerate crappy service.
