  I requested a simple yellow cake that feeds about 6-8 people. They were great with working within my budget; however, the cake was not worth the price charged. I was excited because I saw that this place was voted best cake. The cake looked good and the design was just like I asked; however, I was a bit surprised to see that it was a single layer cake. The cake was dry, had the texture of and tasted like cornbread. I was hoping that the cake would taste good because I wanted to find a place to make my husbands 40th birthday cake. I will not use Confection Perfection.

  Confection Perfection is absolutely amazing! My original cake baker cancelled my grooms cake with only 3 weeks until my wedding day. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise as I luckily found Confection Perfection. I never met with anyone due to the short amount of time that I had, and had never tasted their cakes either. I exchanged a few emails and phone calls and felt completely confident with them. When I saw my cake for the first time on wedding day, it almost brought me to tears (happy). It was exactly what I wanted. It was a 2-foot-tall Coke bottle that not only looked exactly like I wanted it to, but also tasted great. I’m so glad that they were able to make my vision a reality and I would recommend them to anyone that ever wants a truly special cake!

  When we found this place it was nice to have a variety of flavors and designs to choose from for our wedding cake. We took pictures and use those to come up with what we wanted. The place was prompt and professional. The price was reasonable for the amount of people were we expecting. In the end, the outside of the cake was great. The design was perfect and just as discussed. However, the cake tasted nothing like the cake from the tasting that we did. It was dry like it had been made about a week or so before the wedding. Some of our guest complained and our coordinator suggested we call and get reimbursed in some form because it was dry. Our anniversary cake looked dry as well. We were not that happy with the taste.

  My first time using them and it was such an easy and positive experience. I sent them a few pictures of cakes I already liked and what I didn't like about them and we talked about ideas and what would work for my vision of this cake. It was a cake for a retirement party for my boss. Myself and everyone else loved it but especially my boss. It was perfect! So moist and so delicious! I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be using them again.
