  I was waiting in the drive through line this morning September 22nd around 6:30 am. I waited what seemed like more than enough time without getting served. I looked back and there were 4 cars backed up behind me. I decided to pull around to see if maybe the speaker wasn't working. The lady working the window rudely asked if I had ordered and I replied no that I was waiting at the speaker. She then informed me that I need to pull back around because the speaker is on the other side (duh I know this). I replied that I was waiting there and that I was not helped which she then informed me that I was not in the line once again. I tried to tell her I was waiting in the line. I was trying to be respectful to the rest of the line and pull around to make sure that the speaker was working. She was very rude. All I wanted to order was a coffee. I will not be returning again.

  Donuts are good. Coffee is great. Flavored beverages are always too sugary or lacking flavor. Brand new location built on a clean slate so I'm not sure why the parking lot and drive thru were so horribly designed. I feel like the only thought they put into it was to put the building as close to the road as possible... Like we wouldn't see the giant purple and orange DD emblem otherwise.

  Skip this location! Terrible traffic. Terrible parking lot design. If I would have known it was going to take this long I wouldnt have stopped at this location. Make sure you have an extra 15 minutes to spend at the drive through. 5 of those minutes will be at the speaker box waiting for someone to greet you while you watch about 100 cars go by. Yes i counted. By the time I paid and pulled out the parking lot I had been there for 20 minutes and my coffee didn't even taste right. I will never be back.
