  I have been going to this store for 4 years, but in the
  last several months the service has been simply horrific. I mostly use the drive through service, and the last four times I visited they got my coffee order wrong. Since I live close, I went back to get the correct order - no apology. Today, 1.15.17, I ordered a mocha coffee with cream, 2 muffins and a bagel with cream cheese. I drove off, looked at my order, and saw they forgot to give me the bagel. Tasted the coffee and saw it was not what I ordered. When i went back, the lady at the drive through acknowledged that they still had my bagel, no apology offered. And when I told her that my coffee did not taste like a mocha, she pretty much argued with me. At the window, they gave me the bagel and my coffee, still no apology. When I got home, guess what? My coffee order was STILL wrong, no mocha flavor at all! I will no longer give this business my money. I'll pay a little more at Starbucks for better service.

  Super quick drive thru during busy hours... Otherwise you're f'd and will wait like 10 minutes.

  Today I went to dunkin donuts with my mom........we ordered 2 muffins, a bagel, and my mom order a coffee with mocha and no whip. we get home, and there's no bagel! And also my mom's coffee was too sweet! We go back, get my bagel, my mom got a new coffee and we get home again. but guess what? my mom tasted her coffee, and there was no mocha in it. Oh btw, when we first went back, the people working there didn't apologize, the lady in the window didn't say anything to my mom. we are never going back there again.
