  Today I was served a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel where the bacon was completely black and burned. When I went back to ask for another the "manager" said, "I just put it on a timer and that's how it comes out, but I'll make you another!" Then, he tossed it in the garbage and returned a few minutes later and said, "here it is."
  I said, "all you would have had to say was I'm sorry, I'd be happy to make you another one." To which the manager said, "I DID!" And I said, "no, I'm sorry, you did not."
  After that, he proceeded to completely ignore me and mumbled about he can't help what people can't hear! He took no responsibility for the problem instead blaming it on the timer and machine. He never took responsibility for the fact that he did not even look at what he was serving a customer, burnt food. Neither did he apologize for this or try to make the customer feel good about wanting to return to this location.
  Evidently this man does not like his job and should find another...as far from dealing with the public as possible!
  I have been going to this DD location for over 20 years and I have never been treated so rudely. The owner needs to work with this young man on his customer service skills or replace him! The owner must realize that the consumer is the one who keeps their business going and employees employed. As Clark Howard would say, "perfect example of Customer NOService!"

  Coffee is always great! Fast Drive Thru at this location, they always get my order right, nothing to complain about!

  Consistently good tasting coffee (always right strength, fresh tasting, iced coffee never tastes watered down). Staff is quick, friendly, and good at what they do. This is one of the better DD stores out there in terms of quality, consistency, and efficiency.
